If you have applied to join us at Huddersfield, all updates for your application will be available on our MyHud portal. Make sure to log on to MyHud to find updates and regularly track your application.

How do I get support with visas?
Find the key information on visa requirements, your responsibilities as a visa holder, and the support available from our immigration advisers to help you in your application.
We aim to process all applications as quickly as we can to provide you with an offer. We can experience delays during times of a significantly higher volume of applications during key months. Please bear with us and we will get back to as soon as we can.
In order to assist us with your application, please ensure that you have uploaded all the relevant documents and provided as much information as possible. It is important that you declare any immigration history as this can cause delays if you do not.
Please remember that if your application is successful, your offer will be available on your portal.
Sometimes due to the high volume of applications, there may be a delay in replying to you with regards to your application and deposit payments. We will aim to process deposit payments as quickly as possible and any payments made will be reflected in your pre-CAS/CAS.
Admissions Team staff will update offer letters to show that the conditions of an offer how now been met so please bear with us as conditions do not update automatically on MyHud. You can check back on the portal for updates or check your offer letter directly to see when your conditions have been met and updated on the system.
During times of high volume of applications, there might be a delay in us replying back to you with regards to information on interviews or their outcomes. Rest assured, the team will be in touch with you as soon as possible to either arrange an interview or to provide you with the outcome of your interview.
If you have received your offer and met all the conditions, you will hear from us with a pre-CAS shortly.

Please note that you must have secured student accommodation less than one hour from campus and be able to provide proof of this at the airport. We also require proof of your UK-based accommodation as part of your enrolment process.
