Welcome to the 56th Universities’ Transport Studies Group (UTSG) Annual Conference.

The University of Huddersfield is delighted to host the 56th Universities’ Transport Studies Group (UTSG) Annual Conference which will be held between 1st and 3rd July 2024 in the small, picturesque market town of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

The UTSG annual conference for staff, research students and other relative newcomers to transport research of member institutions and overseas universities is designed to discuss research needs, and research in progress, and to give research students the opportunity to present papers on their work.

The conference will operate a collaboration initiative for special issues with top-tier journals including Travel Behaviour and Society (Elsevier), Transportation Planning and Technology (Taylor & Francis), and IET Intelligent Transport Systems (Institution of Engineering and Technology).
