Dear Patients,

Thank you for your patience, continued support and understanding during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We would like to advise you that we are now open to take bookings; however, as you are aware, things are changing on a day-to-day basis and we must ensure that we followGovernment guidelines.

We are asking that you work with us to ensure we keep everyone accessing the Ramsden building as safe as possible by adhering to the following requests:

  • Please arrive for your appointments no more than 5 mins early to avoid overcrowding in the waiting room.

  • If you are running late, please contact the booking office as we may need to organise another time slot.

  • If you can, please wear a mask during your time on campus.

  • Carers/family/friends should only accompany you if necessary; to avoid overcrowding we must limit this to only 1 person.

  • We are only able to accept card payments. Cash is no longer accepted.

We look forward to seeing you on campus once again and thank you in advance for your help in keeping the clinic a safe environment for all to be safely cared for.

At the University we have ensured our staff, students and patients are entering a safe environment by increasing the time between patients, introducing bubbles to ensure there is no overcrowding and adhering to the Government and Health Care Professionals Councils guidelines to ensure treatment is carried out safely.  We cannot afford the spread of Covid-19 on campus and for this reason we have specific guidelines for not only our patients to adhere to but also staff/students.
