Facilities
Huddersfield Business School is situated next to a canal and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Diamond Jubilee Lecture Theatre has been refurbished with sustainability in mind. It features updated architecture, refreshed walls, and newly upholstered seats made from fabric supplied by Camira – a local firm - using approximately 18,000 recycled plastic bottles recovered from UK seas. The Street provides a great space for group projects and also a place to catch up with friends, over a coffee from the Street Café.

Professor in Sustainable Transport Futures
Alex is in the top 2% of researchers globally (2020-2022). With a robust publishing record, Alex has led major projects for the Economic and Social Research Council and Innovate UK, with a research focus on sustainable mobility.

Dr Nima Dadashzadeh
Lecturer in Transport and Business Analytics
With over 13 years of experience across academia and industry in four countries, Nima has led projects like the Department for Transport-funded Future Transport Zone and contributed to EU projects on autonomous transport.

Dr Fahham Hasan Qaiser
Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain and Analytics
Fahham is the Course leader for the MSc programmes in Supply Chain, Analytics, and Operations, he holds a PhD in Sustainable Logistics. His research focuses on sustainable supply chains, circular economy, and digitisation.
