We are currently offering our Engineering Excellence Scholarships for full-time engineering PhDs enrolling in January 2024 which cover 100% of tuition fees plus a stipend of £3,000 per year for the standard registration period.

Engineering Excellence Scholarships are available for full-time Engineering PhDs enrolling in January 2024 which cover 100% of tuition fees plus a stipend of £3,000 per year for the standard registration period.

Candidates must meet the standard entry requirements for the course for which they are applying.

If you are due to graduate in the current academic year, any offer will be conditional on your final degree outcome.

Reapplications for a scholarship within the School of Computing and Engineering will not be considered within 12 months of a previous unsuccessful application study.

All scholarships are subject to satisfactory academic progress including successful completion of Progression Monitoring.

• Qualification certificates and academic transcripts

• Research proposal (if applicable)
• Two-page curriculum vitae (CV)
• Passport or alternative ID
• Proof of IELTS 6.0 (with no element below 5.5) or equivalent English language requirements (if applicable)
