Immigration Drop-in Sessions

The Immigration and Compliance Team holds regular drop-in sessions to support students with advice on visa and immigration matters. These sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are designed for students with quick queries related to their visa or compliance issues.

It’s a chance to speak to an adviser for up to 10 minutes without needing to book an appointment in advance. If your query requires more time or detailed advice, we can arrange a follow-up appointment for you.

Sessions Access and Timings

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only, 12:00–13:00 (UK Time)
• Drop-in Sessions are held online via Microsoft Teams

How to Join

Please note: There will be no online drop-in sessions between 16 February and 13 March due to the in-person Visa Checkpoint. During this period, the team will be available at the Visa Checkpoint (International Office desks) from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, for a quick chat about any visa-related questions.
