Your fee status and eligibility to study in the UK for all applicants

To be classified as a Home student the University may ask you to verify your residency as part of the admissions process.

Part-time fees are calculated as a percentage of the full-time fee. We review and revise fee levels in line with inflation (RPI-X) and regulatory permissions.
**Modules credits can range from 15 to 60, dependent on the content of the module. Read more about total credits required for a range of degrees, to allow you to calculate the potential total cost.

What's included in your tuition fees
Your tuition fees cover your teaching as well as access to a wide range of services designed to support you, from library and IT resources to study skills help, wellbeing and support and opportunities to get involved in activities beyond the classroom.

Funding your studies
Tuition Fee Loan
Full-time home undergraduate students can apply for a Tuition Fee Loan, which is paid directly to the University to cover their fees.
Maintenance loan
As a full-time student, you may be entitled to a maintenance loan to help pay for your living expenses such as accommodation, food and travel.
Lifelong Learning Entitlement
From January 2027, the UK government is introducing a new system called the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) for people considering university education.
