Taster Days

Year 12 / Year 1 college students can experience first-hand what it’s like to study a subject at university through sample lectures or interactive workshops at a Taster Day. Taster Days take place on our campus, where you’ll have the chance to look around and meet students and staff. Suitable for individual and group bookings, those with strong subject interests or the undecided!

Humanities, Media and Law
This Taster Day gives you the opportunity to explore up to two subject areas from a choice of History, English Language and Linguistics, English Literature Journalism and Media and Law. There’ll be the chance to experience interactive workshops led by our expert academic staff, meet our current students and take a tour of our amazing facilities.
