Authorised absence for PGRs

Authorised absence

• You must let us know if you are going to be absent for any other reason than annual leave (see annual leave procedure) such as illness. 
• You must let your Supervisor and PGR Admin team know. You may be required to complete an authorised absence form.
• If you are a Tier 4 sponsored student, all absence must be approved by the International Office. Ensure you carefully read Section 2: International Student Information - Authorised absence reporting and your visa.
