Allotment Launch Tea Party 2025

Spring is in full bloom, and that means it is time for the University’s ‘Feel Good Gardening Gang’ to begin again! This is a MS Teams Group open to all likeminded staff and students who share an interest in gardening and green spaces.

The group meets up over the spring and summer months when a schedule of gardening events is held over the warmer season.

All can apply for one of the many planters that we have designated around campus, at the three different allotment spaces:

Access to gardening tools is provided and the planters can be used to grow plants, flowers, fruit and vegetables. Please see further information on the Allotment web page.

To start the season, we are having a special ‘Allotment Launch Tea Party’ on the Level 4 Schwann Balcony on Wednesday 14^th May at 12PM-2PM. Here you can find out more information, sign up for a planter and join us for a chat and some refreshments.

We will also be sharing our schedule of Allotment events which will be happening over the next few months.
