New case management system to request legal advice

The Legal Office is pleased to present its new case management system. The LCM is an online system which you can use to request legal advice from the Legal Office. You can find the LCM here, and there is a link to the portal on the staff hub homepage.

You can use the instruction form to request assistance from the Legal Office and, once your instruction has been accepted, you can use the client dashboard to track the progress of your matter. It will also tell you when you can expect to receive a response from the Legal Office.

We would request that you use the new system when you are seeking advice from the Legal Office for all matters from 1 September as we will no longer be accepting new instructions via email.
