Sophie
Psychology BSc(Hons)
Sophie chose Huddersfield because of its close-knit campus feel. She appreciates the enthusiasm and support of the Psychology teaching staff and the variety of assessment methods on her course.
I wanted to study somewhere that I not only felt welcomed but also valued and Huddersfield was my first choice. The course and lecturers were brilliant, the content was challenging, engaging and provided a great knowledge base for academic and industry job roles. The counselling modules allowed me to gain over 100 hours of practical counselling skills, and the other modules studied provided an in depth understanding of real-world applications of psychology.
