Postgraduate Health courses

Welcome to the University of Huddersfield. We would like to thank you for choosing to study one of our postgraduate health courses. We are looking forward to working with you during your time here to help you get the most out of your university experience and studies.

Our health courses provide the opportunity for you to increase the depth and breadth of your knowledge and practice. You will be taught by expert staff committed to enabling you to reach your full potential and develop knowledge and skills to make a real contribution to the health and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities.  

Your induction to your course has been planned as part of your timetable and will give you the opportunity to meet everyone on your course, including staff and students.  It is also your chance to get to know your way around campus and the key rooms that you will be using throughout your time at university. You will also get some more detailed information on what to expect from your course.

If you are studying Advanced Clinical Practice MSc, please can you undertake some reading specifically around Anatomy and Physiology, consultation skills, as well as reviewing the role of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner in preparation for the course. Also please make sure you have met with your educator and get to know the area you will be working in if it is not your normal place of work.
