Instrumental days
David Pipe, Head of Organ Studies, leads an Organ Day at the University
The day will consist of:
• A tour of the Music Department, one of the best equipped in the North of England.
• A one-to-one lesson on repertoire of your choice (please bring a piece along).
• A chance to try out the famous three-manual organ in St Paul’s Hall.
• A special recital by Gordon Stewart, Organist of Huddersfield Town Hall.
Tea and coffee will be provided but please bring a sandwich lunch. Under 18’s should be accompanied by a responsible adult. The day will run from 9.30 - 15.30 and is FREE OF CHARGE.
