Award-winning media influencer and mental health campaigner, Jonny Benjamin MBE, is best known for his campaign #FindMike, which searched for the stranger who talked him out of taking his own life in 2008.  He’ll be joining us to talk about his own mental health journey in an attempt to destigmatize mental ill health and motivate others to seek support.
