We've recently launched the new Office of Health and Safety SharePoint Site. This new hub brings everything together in one easy to navigate place, making health and safety information and support readily available and easy to access.
Site navigation includes:
- Home - A simple landing page with links to guidance documents, useful forms and checklists.
- First Aid - All you need to know about first aid provision and training, including locations of defibrillators and information for First Aiders.
- Incident Reporting - What to report and how, including a link to online reporting form.
- Fire Safety - Information about marshal and warden duties, building assembly points and personal emergency evacuation plans (PEEPS).
- Training - Details of our face-to-face training, pre-recorded content and health and safety e-learning options, including mandatory modules.
Key updates ahead - what to look out for:
- We'll be continuing to add further guidance documents and other useful resources over the coming months.
- Our training offer will continue to expand throughout the year so do check regularly to see what's available.
Top tip:
- We suggest adding the site to your 'favourites' in your web browser for quick and easy access whenever you need it.
And finally:
- If there are any topics that you would find helpful that aren't currently represented, please do let us know. We are interested in constructive feedback to help us develop our site to meet users' needs.
- If Schools and Services have links to our old site on your own local webpages and in documents, you will need to update these as it's likely they will have been affected by the change and will not link to our new site.
Take a look at our new Office of Health and Safety SharePoint Site and see what you think.
