COURSE: Incident Reporting and Investigation Training

Following on from a fully booked first session, the Office of Health and Safety are pleased to be able to offer a repeat of the well-received Incident Reporting and Investigation Training. Attending the session will provide you with information about what good incident reporting looks like, plus an understanding of how to investigate incidents thoroughly, identifying root causes and therefore presenting an opportunity to take effective actions to reduce the risk of a re-occurrence. 

Ideal for any members of staff who are likely to receive reports of incidents for their School/Service, this training links with the launch of our new document on Incident Reporting and Investigation.
