ASIS Upgrade - 23-26 May

The ASIS Student Records system including MyStudents and MyDetails will not be available to users from 12 noon on Friday 23 May 2025 and through the weekend of 24 / 25 May 2025. The system will be available by 08:00 on Monday 26 May 2025. 

What will happen? 

ASIS will be upgraded from version 10.7 to version 10.8

When? 

The upgrade will commence at 12 noon on Friday 23 May 2025 and normal service will resume at 08.00 on Monday 26 May 2025

How will this affect me?  

The ASIS student record system will not be available during the upgrade.  Evision and user-facing services which are dependent on ASIS data (eg MyDetails, MyStudents) will also be unavailable.

Why are we doing this? 

The upgrade is to provide additional functionality, fix bugs and remain within our support agreement.
