Do you know about Resource Booker?

Resource Booker is the University’s room booking system and should be used for any non-teaching bookings for rooms and spaces on campus. If you are using a local booking system - possibly in a Microsoft application or even a diary - for rooms that may be within your school or service, or control a specific room or rooms on campus, please get in touch with us as we should be able to offer a suitable alternative. This would then remove any potential for double bookings and provide us with more accurate room utilisation data, aligning with the directive of the University’s Space Management Group.

As well as all staff being able to book general rooms, Resource Booker can also be used to group rooms together that can only be booked by specified members or staff, or rooms can have a request and authorisation process attached to them so that bookings can still be controlled but within the one application.
