Race Equality Week (3-9 February 2025) is an annual UK-wide movement uniting hundreds of thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.

The 2025 theme, #EveryActionCounts, was selected by the Race Equality Matters community and the message is simple: action drives change. Whether big or small, every step taken contributes to a more inclusive workplace.

As part of Race Equality Week, you can join the 5-day Challenge and take just 5 minutes each day to reflect, self-assess, and commit to actions that will help drive meaningful change
