The University’s Global Week returns in February with a varied programme of activity for ALL students to get involved with.

Across the campus multiple events will be taking place to showcase the global reputation that the University has by celebrating its students from the UK and around the world. You can expect different activities and events taking place including the World of Sports tournament, cooking demonstrations, the Global Fashion show and sports among the 10 activities on offer. Some of the more popular evening events will be first come, first served and no tickets will be sold. All events are free, and you will need your student ID card for entry.

The University’s Student Experience Manager, Alan Tobi says; “This is one of the highlights of the University calendar and is a great way for all students to make new friends, develop some new skills and learn about other cultures. It’s fantastic to see that a number of schools, services and the SU across the campus are participating and agreed to host events.” The week provides opportunity for integration and friendships to be made and is packed with value for our students. All events are free.
