National Stress Awareness Month Event
Meditation and Mindfulness Event– Friday 11 April 1-2pm
As part of National Stress Awareness Month, we have an online meditation and mindfulness workshop that everyone can join from the comfort of your home or office. Grab yourself a quiet corner or empty office and treat yourself to some quiet, calming downtime away from the hustle and bustle of the working day.
This guided meditation and mindfulness session, encourages you to focus your mind on the present moment, how your body feels and your breathing technique.
Lisa Bamforth from Pennine Holistics will be your guide and will leave you feeling calm but lifted and all set for the weekend.
