Introducing the RIKE Professional Practitioner Programme 2023 - 2024

This programme comprises a series of 30–45-minute lunch-time briefings, which aims to build knowledge and skills in key areas of research, innovation and knowledge exchange activity.

The course is targeted to academic staff at all levels, from early career researchers through to more independent, established researchers.

The Professional Practitioner Programme contributes to the wider University academic training offering. Hosted by Research Services, RIKE, the Professional Practitioner briefings are designed as a complete course of 13 sessions, but individuals can ‘dip into’ individual sessions if preferred.

Within these courses you will find everything you need, from developing a research idea and finding funding through to grant management, increasing your online profile, and working with businesses.

To take a look at the courses available, or to register your interest to attend sessions, please book through Professional Practitioner Programme here

We look forward to welcoming academic researchers to this new initiative, and facilitating a supportive, inclusive, and enabling environment for high quality research while strengthening the research capacity of the University.
