Calling all desk workers!

If you sometimes feel tired or achy at your desk we have just the thing for you. As part of Back Care Awareness Week, Active Hud are offering a short 30 min chair pilates session next Tuesday 10th October 1.30pm – 2:30pm. The wonderful Dan will teach you some simple exercises and stretches that you can take away and do at your desk to relax and re-energise during the day.
