The topic will focus on:-  What is in a tablet?  Does it matter?

Sometimes, because the drug in your tablet needs help to get into your body, it may need help to get into a solution. Substances known as excipients can be used in achieving this. These excipients may have different roles depending on the nature of the drug, the dose and the targeted patient. The excipients used can also mean the process used in making the powder for the tablet is treated in different ways which canaffect the quality of the final tablet produced.
