Get ready for an exciting new update for your university laptop.

 

What you can expect:

• A catalogue of software available to download with ‘one-click’.
• Enhanced remote support from the IT Service Desk and/or school technicians.
• Easier access to your university laptop – you will now log on using just your staff username and password.
• Ability to connect to both wired and WiFi networks on campus.
• Onsite printing from your laptop.
• Enhanced security and performance updates.

When and how will this happen?

You will soon be contacted to arrange a time to bring your university laptop onto campus for re-imaging. This process is quick, and you should get your laptop back on the same day.

 

Please note that this message applies to staff who have NOT had their devices re-imaged this year. If you have already brought your laptop in for re-imaging, you will have access to the new digital workspace experience and you will not need to bring your laptop in again.
