Management and Leadership Apprenticeships.
Huddersfield Business School have launched two new apprenticeships for university staff looking to develop their management and leadership capabilities. Both apprenticeships are aimed at either aspiring or existing managers who wish to progress their career and personal development further.
Level 5 Professional Manager Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is aimed at anyone who is in a managerial role or developing into one that is looking for support and guidance on how to lead teams and projects.
The programme will provide you with the practical knowledge and skills to become a better leader. Learners will also be awarded a Certificate of Higher Education qualification at the end of the programme.
Level 7 Senior Leader Higher Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is aimed at anyone who has senior leadership responsibility and is looking to develop a business strategy and improve their managerial skills.
The programme will provide you with the knowledge and tools to contribute to your organisation's strategy and direction and will give you the skills to inspire and guide a team within demanding fast-changing contexts. The programme is accredited with Chartered Management Institute Level 7 and at the end of the programme you will be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
