Aurora Alumnae Stories
Over the years, Aurora has nurtured a community of talented and accomplished individuals who have excelled in their respective careers. We believe that their success stories hold immense value and can serve as an inspiration for current and future participants.
To honour the contributions of our Alumnae members and highlight the lasting impact of Aurora, we are seeking to conduct a series of interviews with a select few Alumnae. These interviews will focus on their personal experiences and career journeys, specifically exploring the influence and transformation brought about by the programme.

Advance HE have launched an Aurora Alumnae initiative
The Aurora Alumnae Conference, Thursday 2nd November 10am- 4pm
This event will kickstart the new Aurora Alumnae offer that will be rolled out during 2023-24. The purpose of the Alumnae Conference is to engage and celebrate the Aurora Alumnae community, and provide valuable opportunities for continued development, networking, and reflection. Through a series of panel discussions, interactive workshops and networking we aim to create a dynamic and inclusive space for alumnae to reconnect, explore new possibilities, and commemorate the 10-year milestone of the Aurora programme.
Aurora Alumnae Digital Network
In September the Aurora Alumnae Digital Network will be launched, hosted on Advance HE’s ‘Connect’ platform. This network facilitated by Advance HE leadership experts will build on the strong relationships forged in the programme, will allow participants to make new connections, and create a supportive community of shared learning. We believe that this platform will provide a fantastic opportunity for participants to connect with other Aurora alumnae, share stories, and continue to learn and grow as leaders after they have completed the core programme.
Future opportunities and events
In addition to launching the digital network and hosting the Alumnae Conference, we are actively exploring additional development opportunities for our Alumnae community. These opportunities aim to further expand and build upon the themes explored during the Aurora programme, considering the evolving needs and aspirations of past participants. We will keep you updated on our progress regarding these initiatives in upcoming editions of this newsletter.
