Work with an ActiveHud instructor in a small group to increase your confidence in the gym whilst improving your overall fitness with full body exercises.
Our first set of sessions will commence on 17 April, with a second set planned for May. It will be £35 for the 6-week block of training, and spaces are limited, so get in touch soon!
