Aurora-Women’s Leadership Development Programme

Aurora – Women’s Leadership Development Programme

The Aurora Programme, established in 2013, is led by a team of leadership experts and enables participants to explore four key areas associated with leadership success: Identity, Impact & Voice, Core Leadership, Politics & Influence and Adaptive Leadership Skills.

The Aurora Programme is designed for those, who identify as women, up to and including senior lecturer/senior research fellow or the professional & support services equivalent (Grade 8), who are considering leadership and management as routes to progression. It combines development days, mentoring, and group and self-directed learning to develop leadership skills with more enduring impact.

If you wish to be considered for the Aurora Programme, please contact your Dean/ Director or Line Manager and they will guide you on school/service/departmental processes relating to participation in learning and development programmes.

Participation is funded by your school or service and the charge for each participant is £925 for early bird bookings (before September 30th) and £975 thereafter.

The 2022/3 dates are available, so you can see which cohort best fits in with your schedule. Please get in touch if you have any questions, would like information on how to make a booking, or would like to have a chat with a recent participant.
