New Faith Centre Development and Landscaping

The next phase of the landscaping scheme that will create a fully pedestrianised zone from Joseph Priestley Building, past Brontë Lecture Theatres to the new Faith Centre began on Monday 28 March.  Whilst pedestrian access between Bronte Lecture Theatres and the Technology Building has been maintained this week, from Monday 4 April this access will be closed.

The below plan indicates the diversion route for all pedestrian traffic.  Although the main front doors will not be available apart from as an emergency exit, access to Brontë Lecture Theatres will be maintained at both side entrances, also indicated on the plan as well as by the back door opposite Journalism and Media. Access to Journalism and Media and the back door to Joseph Priestley will also be unaffected.

Estates and Facilities will be providing additional signage to guide students and staff.

Thank you for your ongoing patience and as always if you have any serious concerns, in the first instance please contact the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk or on ext. 2370.
