#MyNameIs

#MyNameIs is a campaign from Race Equality Matters that aims to highlight names, and the importance of pronouncing them correctly.  Pronouncing names correctly matters, and with a phonetic translation it is easier for people to get it right.

We encourage everyone in the University to adopt #MyNameIs in their email signatures.

You can use the newly launched Race Equality Matters #MyNameIs name pronunciation tool to discover a phonetic spelling of your name, as well as using the useful guidance from Race Equality Matters (please download below).
