Togetherall is a free, confidential, anonymous web based service which helps to support students wellbeing and mental health.
Available 24/7, Togetherall has several features including courses, resources (including a journal, self assessments and goal setting), peer to peer emotional support, all around a vast range of subjects including stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, sleep, anger, grief and more.
Sections of Togetherall that are particularly useful during the exam and deadline season are;
- Short courses on sleep, managing panic, productivity and stress
- The journal and goal setting tools
- Articles around stress, wellbeing, relaxation and mindfulness
- Peer support, community and brick area where students can offer support, speak to people in similar situations and have a safe space to share their feelings.
Lots of our students access Togetherall already but please continue to refer them to this valuable service.
