Helpdesk – Estates Online

The Helpdesk are experiencing a high volume of requests at present.  We therefore ask staff, where possible, to log their jobs directly using Estates Online or alternatively the link can be found in the menu to the left hand side on the staff intranet main page.

Here you will also find instructions on how to set up an account if this is your first time using the system.

Estates Online can be used to request services, record jobs, and view jobs already logged for your service area, which avoids duplicated requests.  Please do familiarise yourself with the options available.

If you are unable to access Estates Online, please do continue to email the Helpdesk.

The Helpdesk team are still available to respond to queries and assist as required.
