The University is in the process of implementing a Curriculum Management system. This will provide a comprehensive corporate system to manage the collection, storage, approval and publication of information relating to the University’s entire Course and Module portfolio.
Prior to implementing the system, we would like to invite those involved in course design, validations, setting up and maintaining Courses and Modules on ASIS to let us know your views on the current processes.
Are you involved in any of the following activities?
- Writing Course and/or Module Specifications (incl. new course/module design and updates to existing courses/modules)
- Writing or contributing to Proposal materials (incl. Marketing statements, business cases, resource approvals)
- Validating Courses/Modules (i.e. approving or reviewing materials, attending validation events)
- Administering the validation of Courses/Modules
- Completing the Programme Summary Form (PSF) for requesting ASIS set up
- Setting up/Maintaining Courses, Diets, Modules and Module Assessment data in ASIS
