SilverCloud Employee Assistance Programme: Current Users

On Tuesday 1 December, we will be launching a new Employee Assistance Programme for all staff called ‘VivUp’.  This new programme will enable staff to access downloadable self-help resources, an app, and 24-hour confidential telephone counselling with trained therapists. We will release further details about this new programme and how to access it nearer to the launch on Tuesday 1 December.

This means that from Tuesday 1 December, our current online Employee Assistance Programme, SilverCloud, will no longer be available to new users.  Any staff who are partway through one of the modules (Stress, Depression, Anxiety or Body Image) as of Monday 30 November, will have a 3-month period to complete the module if they wish.  As of the end of February 2021, SilverCloud will no longer be available, even to those still partway through a module at that time.
