Menopause – Talk & Support
3 June 2020
We are hosting our next ‘Menopause – Talk & Support’ session for staff via Zoom on Wednesday 3 June 12.30–1.30pm.
It is recognised that peer support is an important way of supporting people through the menopause, this session aims to provide a forum to talk about the menopause and share experiences.
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself and want to meet others in a similar situation or if you would like to understand more about the menopause to support others.
As we are running this session via Zoom, we need to limit the number of places. However, if the session is fully booked and you are interested, please email us at Staff Wellbeing to tell us you are interested and we will organise another session soon.

Menopause Yammer Group
We are setting up a Menopause Group on Yammer. If you have not heard of Yammer before, it is a social networking service used for private communication within organisations.
The group will be a place to share experiences, tips and sources of information and support. It is open to everyone whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself or if you would like to understand more about the menopause to support others. The group and its content will be private, with everybody wanting to join and view the content being added to the group by us.
If you are interested to join, please visit Yammer first to sign up for an account. Once you have an account, email us at Staff Wellbeing and we will add you to the group.
