PGR Conference

The PGR Conference returns this year on the 31 of March with the theme of "Vision 2020" the committee have great plans for the event but we're unfortunately short on staff judges for this year's event. Please get in touch if you are willing to spare a couple of hours on the day to take part in judging the posters and presentations at the event. We provide full guidance on marking and feedback sheets and you are more than welcome to enjoy the free catering and caffeine at the event. Please contact PGR Conference and let us know that you would like to be involved. Please write JUDGE in the subject headline.

We are also hoping to honour members of the research community from University of Huddersfield by naming awards after those who have made a mark with their research. We are taking nominations from staff about who they think should be honoured.

We are also willing to consider others outside of research who would be considered either the unsung heroes of Huddersfield or those who have contributed something in line with the theme of the event "Vision 2020" i.e Thomas Edison or Johannes Kepler.

The conference committee will decide which names are used as award names from the nominations provided. Nominate your suggestion.
