Open Day Parking

Dear Colleague,

Our first Open Day for 2020 recruitment takes place this Saturday, 29 June.  I’m pleased to say that bookings are up on this time last year and we are expecting it to be a busy day.

As usual we will be offering on-campus parking to our visitors.  This means that there will be no staff parking available on that day.  All campus parking, including the Firth Street Car Park, Queen Street South, and the Print Works, will be offered to our visitors (other than for those staff who use disabled parking bays).  If you usually park on any of these sites you will need to make alternative arrangements for that day and as usual you can claim back reasonable costs of alternative parking through the staff expenses procedures.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we know from the feedback we receive that offering parking to our visitors is something that makes a big difference to their open day experience.
