Change to Summon login page

On Monday 12 August 2019, we'll be rebranding the Library's login page so that it matches the main Library web site. This is a cosmetic change only: nothing about the way you log in to Summon or any other Library database has changed.

The new login screen is shown in the screenshot below, for information.
