Best practice for your University login password

Computing and Library Services have produced some guidance on how to configure your University password so that it is less likely to be hacked.   

Current best practice is to set a separate, strong password for your University login account.  The password for your University login should be different to any password you use for any other systems or websites you may access, including your bank account, social media, professional networking websites like LinkedIn, etc.
