Agresso Support Reduced Help Desk

The Agresso Support team within Financial Services are to undergo some in depth training sessions.  Due to this there will be a much reduced support team available to process queries, etc.  It would be helpful therefore if we could ask that phone calls are kept to a minimum to the team during the below dates and wherever possible email is used. Emails will be picked up during breaks and at the start and end of the training days.   The usual email address of agressosup@hud.ac.uk should continue to be used during this time.

Current dates which will be affected by the training are:

• 30 January 2018
• 31 January 2018
• 1 February 2018
• 15 February 2018
• 16 February 2018
