New Science Building Tower Crane Installation - Building Closures

The decision has been taken to cancel the installation this weekend of the Tower Crane on the New Science Building site.

This is due to predicted inclement weather and high winds, which would make this installation potentially unsafe, unfortunately these circumstances are totally out of our control.

It is proposed to try again over the weekend of 1/2 September 2018 whereby the same building/area closures would be required.

Estates and Facilities apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
