World Mental Health Day - Tea and Chat

External organisations and University staff will be on hand to talk and provide information to anyone worried or concerned about mental health or other wellbeing issues. 

According to the Mental Health Foundation, every year one in four people will experience some kind of mental health problem, with mixed anxiety and depression being the most common mental disorder in Britain.
