Studying Management MSc at Huddersfield
Ivana is currently studying for her Management MSc while working full-time as a Customer Success Manager. She values the flexibility of online learning, which allows her to balance her family life, career and education. I come from Ohrid, Macedonia, a beautiful place, but one where the higher education system is still developing. For the past seven years, I’ve worked remotely in the SaaS industry as a Customer Success Manager, and as a mum of two, flexibility means everything to me. Distance Learning gave me the chance to earn a high-quality UK degree without compromising my personal life and career. It also made studying financially possible by removing the extra costs of living abroad. Studying online allows me to keep growing academically and professionally while staying close to my family.

I currently work as a Customer Success Manager and aspire to progress into leadership, perhaps as a Head of Customer Success or Director in the coming years.
