We accept a range of international qualifications for most courses at the University of Huddersfield. You can check your qualifications are accepted by checking the qualifications listed for your country.

General requirements

In order for us to check your suitability to the course, you will need to complete an application form. You will also be required to provide evidence of your academic achievements, any English language qualifications, and a personal statement detailing why you wish to study the course, plus any other additional documentation required for your course. There may be other requirements depending on your course such as references, a portfolio or audition.

Additional requirements

If you have already studied in the UK, had any visa refusals for any country, or have studied the same level already overseas, it is important that you advise us of this in your application. We will also require copies of any of your previous visas or visa documentation. This ensures that we have all the information we need to make a decision, without any delays.
