Julia Lee MBE is a pioneering rugby league referee and respected leader in sport and organisational development. The first woman to officiate in the men's professional game in both the UK and Australia, she has earned international honours and an MBE for her services to the sport.
In this inspiring and honest talk, Julia shares her experiences of breaking barriers, overcoming challenges, and the vital role connection and community play in building resilience and growth. Drawing on her personal and professional journey, she offers practical insights into unlocking potential, embracing changes, and the power of belonging in driving success.
