Wellbeing and Disability Services will be available to talk to students during the induction period in the following ways:

  • During induction week in Student Central (Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 September)

If you wish to incorporate information about Wellbeing and Disability Services into your programme of induction for new students, please use the induction videos which can be accessed through this link. The videos cover access and essential information on Wellbeing and Disability Services and also on other central support services including the iPoint, Student Safety, Student Finance, International Office, Careers, Enterprise, Registry and the Faith Centre.

In addition, short clips of all the videos will be distributed through the University’s social media channels during induction week.

As the term progresses, if you wish to book a bespoke presentation to address particular issues or requirements, please email Linda Coldwell on l.m.coldwell@hud.ac.uk and Vicki Carver on v.l.carver@hud.ac.uk

Please note that students can also access Wellbeing and Disability services for one-to-one advice and support during this period through the iPoint or access self-help information in Student Central or through the webpages.
