About the Department

The Department offers a range of Allied Health Professional (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy and Operating Department Practice) and Sport and Exercise Science courses. The applied nature of the courses and the range of placement opportunities prepares students for work in a variety of healthcare and sport/exercise related disciplines. The innovative research conducted within the department is designed to improve healthcare provision and enhance athletic performance.
