At the Business School we have a range of part-time courses designed to help boost your career options and professional ambitions. Not all of our courses require a high level of previous academic qualifications – we'll recognise your workplace and career experience as well. We work with students with a wide range of motivations and reasons for choosing to study part-time. You might be looking for a way to progress in your existing role, be looking for a career change or be an experienced manager or HR professional looking to improve your skills and effectiveness.
Most importantly, our part-time courses are flexible and designed to fit around your lifestyle, work and family commitments.
Part-time courses available include:
Postgraduate students (full or part-time) can now receive tuition fee support to cover the cost of their studies. You may be eligible to access up to £10,609 in loans towards your study costs. You can find out more from Student Finance England
If you work for an SME business in the Leeds City Region the LEP Skills Service may provide support and funding for training. Eligible businesses could receive grants of between £500 and £50,000 to support with up to 50% funding for training costs. Find out more about the LEP Skills Service.
If you need to make a case for employer support or funding we can help – just contact us and we’ll work with you to make a solid supporting case for how part-time study could help your training and development and impact your business or organisation.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Our courses start in September of each year so we invite applications at any stage prior to that even up to a few months before the start of term (but don't leave it too late).
If you've decided on a particular course and want to apply you can download a Part-time Application Form.
